Privacy Policy: Luxe Tax Concierge Reporting

Effective October 7, 2026

This policy explains how Luxe Tax Concierge LLC (“Luxe,” “we”) handles information through Luxe Tax Concierge Reporting (the “Service”), which prepares financial reports from our clients’ QuickBooks Online data. It also covers information you share with us through this website.

Information we access

With your authorization through Intuit’s sign-in, the Service reads your company’s accounting data, such as the chart of accounts, trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet reports, and basic company information. Access is read-only. We do not access your QuickBooks password, and we do not access bank, card or payment credentials.

How we use it

We use this information only to prepare, review and deliver financial reports and related advice under our engagement with you. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing, and we do not use it for any purpose outside your engagement.

Where it is stored and who sees it

The connection is stored on Luxe’s secured, access-controlled computer and is never shared. Working files and approved reports are kept in Luxe’s business file storage with multi-factor sign-in. Approved reports are delivered only to the people you designate, and information about one client is never shared with another. Access within Luxe is limited to the people working on your engagement.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to operate our practice, such as secure file storage and email. They may handle your information only to provide services to us and are required to protect it. These include Box for secure file storage and Google Workspace for email. We also use Anthropic’s Claude, under business terms that do not permit your data to be used to train its models, to assist our team with analysis and drafting. Its output is reviewed by Luxe before use.

Retention and deletion

We keep reports and working papers for as long as our engagement and professional record-keeping obligations require, generally 7 years. When you disconnect the Service or end the engagement, we stop accessing your data. You may ask us to delete stored connection details at any time.

Security

We use encryption in transit, multi-factor sign-in, restricted access and read-only connections to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of an incident affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

Professional obligations

Where your information is also tax return information, we handle it in line with our obligations as a tax professional, including IRS rules on the use and disclosure of tax return information.

Website visitors and inquiries

When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you enter (such as your name, email, phone, company and message) and use it only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to set up your engagement. We do not sell this information. Our website host may collect standard technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) to operate and secure the site. If we email you about our services, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor those requests promptly. To ask us to delete your inquiry, email admin@luxetaxconcierge.com.

Your choices

You can disconnect the Service at any time from QuickBooks Online (Settings, then Apps). You can ask what information we hold about your company, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us.
