Who may use it. The Service is provided only to Luxe clients under a signed engagement letter. If these terms conflict with your engagement letter, the engagement letter controls.

What it does. With your authorization, the Service reads your QuickBooks Online data on a read-only basis to prepare financial reports that Luxe reviews before delivery. The Service does not post, change or delete anything in your books.

Your authorization. You confirm that the person connecting each company is authorized to grant Luxe access to that company’s data. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting the Service in QuickBooks Online.

Your data. Your financial data remains yours. Luxe uses it only as described in the Privacy Policy and your engagement letter.

Accuracy. Reports are prepared from the data in your books. Luxe reviews them with professional care, but their accuracy depends on the completeness and accuracy of the underlying records, which remain your responsibility.

Ownership. The Service, its software and its report formats are the proprietary property of Luxe Tax Concierge LLC. The reports delivered to you are yours to use for your business.

Availability. Luxe may change, suspend or discontinue the Service. If it does, Luxe will continue to deliver reports under your engagement by other means.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Luxe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from the Service. Luxe’s total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid Luxe for services in the 12 months before the claim. If your engagement letter sets a different limit, the engagement letter controls.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

Changes. Luxe may update these terms and will post the new version here with its effective date.
